Spring chinook returns to Columbia tributaries should be similar to last year

State Fish and Wildlife managers this past week announced a forecast of 4,800 spring chinook to the Wind River (8,500 last year with an actual return of 4,000); 7,800 to Drano Lake (13,100 and 8,700) and 2,700 to Klickitat River (2,500 and 2,900).
